For private schools graduates:

1. Copy of the Identity Card or passport
2. The original transcripts from the ninth grade to the twelfth grade
3. The original certificates from the ninth grade to the twelfth grade
4. An affidavit stating the completion of all the graduation requirements by the student from secondary school, including the accumulative rate for the last three years
5. The student’s grades in case he applied for a grade retention
6. Copy of the school’s calendar

For accreditation of withdrawal affidavits, Registration or other certificates for non-graduated students at private schools:

1. Withdrawal or registration original letter
2. The last original certificate
3. Copy of the Identity Card or passport
