Complaints, Suggestions and Follow Up Service - Capital Governorate

This service is provided by the Capital Governorate to Individuals who are citizens or residents in the Governorate requesting to submit their complaints and suggestions with regards of services provided by other ministries in the Kingdom of Bahrain, they also contribute in follow-up requests through various channels including official newspapers, radio messages, social media, mobile application and etc.
