Service Conditions
- Valid original foreign driving license
- Pass the vision test
- Applicant must be free from physical and mental disabilities
- No legal restrictions on the personal number
- Pay the applicable fees

- Book an appointment via the Appointment System app (Mawaeid).
- Visit the General Directorate of Traffic, Driver's License Division, or one of the external service centers with the required documents.
