Safety Officers Registration
The service allows entity owners to register the safety supervisors and officers working at their establishments, in accordance with the legal frameworks specified in Ministerial Order No. (8) of 2013, regarding the organization of occupational safety and health in establishments.
Service Conditions
- The supervisor should hold qualifications and certificates in the field of occupational safety.
Required Attachments
- Copy of the ID card.
- Copy of qualifications in the field of occupational safety.
- Copy of the CV with experience certificates.

Service Processes
- Log in to the "Business Owners Services" platform.
- Select the service "Register Occupational Safety Supervisors".
- Fill out a form that includes: oSupervisor's information: full name, ID number, phone number, qualification, and certificate. oEstablishment details and its relationship with the supervisor.
- Upload the following documents electronically: oCopy of occupational safety qualifications. oCopy of the ID card.
- Submit the application and confirm the accuracy of the information.
