Registration of Occupational Safety and Health Committees
The service allows medium- or high-risk establishments that employ 50 or more workers to register the details of safety committees that are formed or modified in accordance with the requirements specified in Ministerial Resolution No. (8) of 2013, regarding the organization of occupational safety and health.
Service Conditions
- The establishment must be of medium or high risk, with 50 or more workers.
- Notify the ministry upon formation or any changes in the members.
Required Attachments
- Copy of IDs.
- Committee formation letter signed by the employer.
