Reporting Construction sites
The service allows employers and those subject to the provisions of the law to notify the competent authority at the Ministry about the details and addresses of construction projects they are involved in, in accordance with a number of conditions specified in Ministerial Decree No. (3) of 2012, concerning the notification of construction sites.
Service Conditions
- The duration of work on the site must exceed 30 days.
- The number of workers must be more than 50.
- The site area must exceed 150 square meters.
- The reporting process must be completed before the commencement of the project.
Required Attachments
- Building permit.
- Address certificate.
- Contracts made with subcontractors.

Service Processes
- Visit the Ministry of Labor platform – ‘Employer Services.’
- Select the service ‘Reporting Construction Sites.’
- Fill out a form that includes: oName of the establishment/contractor. oProject location (address and geographic location). oExpected start date. oNumber of workers and contractor details (main/subcontractor).
- Submit the application electronically, then complete the required documents.
