Further review of Engineering Office's Application
This service allows the authorized person to submit a request for further review of a previous application for engineering offices and their engineers, track the status, and receive licenses for offices and engineers.
Service Conditions
- A further review request must be submitted within 60 days of the date of the Council’s decision concerning the Engineering Office licensing.
- The Authorized signatory is required to provide supporting documents that justify the reasons for the appeal.
- The fee for submitting a re-evaluation of Engineering Office request is 100 BHD.

- A further review request letter outlining the reasons for submitting the request.
- A copy of the Council’s letter or decision previously issued regarding the Engineering Office request.
- Documents supporting the Engineering Office request.

Service Processes
- Login to the Licensee Portal using your credentials and the received OTP, then go to Company Profile, then click on the three dots, and select Further Review of Engineering Office Application.
- Enter all the required details for your proposed office as mentioned in the eform, including information about the proposed engineers.
- Proceed with the payment portal, pay the submission fee for further review, and obtain a receipt (cash invoice) and confirmation email regarding the submission.
- Following the CRPEP evaluation, a Preliminary Approval Letter along with a Statement of Fees (SOF) for the issue of the Preliminary Approval Certificate (PAC) will be emailed to your registered email. Pay the PAC issuance fee online.
- After payment, the Preliminary Approval Certificate (PAC) will be sent to your registered email.
- Complete all the requirements mentioned by CRPEP in the PAC letter.
- Upon submission of the PAC requirements, CRPEP will do a final evaluation including a visit to your new office premises. If the final evaluation is satisfactory, you will receive an email message along with a Final Approval Letter and Statement of Fees for the Final Engineering Office License and your engineer’s licenses.
- If any requirements are stated in the Final Approval Letter, complete them and pay the licensing fees online to receive your Engineering Office License which shall mention your Office License Number, as well as your engineers’ licenses via email.
