Before applying for Virtual Service Centre, kindly follow the below instructions:

  • Keep the original ID card (Smart Card) ready and available.
  • Service will be provided only to the responsible/ authorized persons for the above services.
  • Ensure a quiet atmosphere to allow for clear communication.
  • Ensure a secure internet/ network connection.
  • Enable microphone and webcam prior to the chat.
  • The meeting is recorded for quality purposes.
  • Remote service will be provided for one expatriate employee only.
