Masterplan Updating Data Approval - Private Sectors

UPDA reviews and studies requests to update the detailed tables and data of the approved masterplan developments prepared by private sectors, then approves and circulates them to the relevant authorities.

Required Attachments

  • Developer’s official application request letter.
  • Color-coded Approved land use maps (PDF, DWG, DGN).
  • Detailed Approved Land Use tables with building regulations (PDF, Excel).

  • Decree-Law No. (2) of 1994 on urban planning and its executive regulations promulgated by Ministerial Resolution No. (1) of 1994
  • Law No. (39) of 2009 on public property ownership
  • Ministerial Resolution No. (56) of 2009 issuing the executive regulations of Decree-Law No. (3) of 1994 on the division of land for reconstruction and development
