Request to buy or sell an investment – Minor’s Affairs

This service allows those responsible for the affairs of minors and those in a similar situation to request the disposal of their investments, such as stocks, bonds, and the like.

Service Conditions

  • Submit the application through the National Portal bahrain.bh (in-person submission is permitted).

Required Attachments

  • A quote for the total investment value.
  • Expected investment revenues.
  • Market value of the investment.
  • Standard form.
  • Company financial reports (if a stake in the company is purchased).
  • Type of investment activity.

Process Time

  • 10 Working Days : For the online requests
