Request for an approval to process personal data

This service allows its applicant to obtain authorization from the Personal Data Protection Authority to process and analyze the personal data they collect according to the nature of their work, and this is carried out within the Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.

Required Attachments

  • Fill out the application form and specify the data to be processed.
  • A copy of the Commercial Registeration (CR).

Service Process via Email
  • Submit the application through via email info@pdp.gov.bh
  • Internal review of the application by the legal researcher.
  • Issuance of the decision to accept or reject by the manager
  • Payment of fees and automatic issuance of the permit by the system.
