Data Transfer Permission Request (Outside Bahrain)
This service allows entrepreneurs to obtain a permit from the Personal Data Protection Authority that enables them to transfer and send the personal data they collect according to the nature of their work, to destinations outside the Kingdom, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Required Attachments
- A copy of the commercial register (CR).
- A copy of the legislation in force in the countries to which the data will be transferred.
- A copy of the data owner's consent (submit a copy of the contract or privacy policy).
- Fill out the application form and specify the data to be transferred abroad.
- Proof of payment of the fee required for the application.
