This service allows the service applicant to apply for a certificate indicating that no appeal on grounds of distinction has been filed in a ruling issued by the High Court of Appeal in a criminal case in which they have a standing.

  • Submit the application via email criminal.report@MOJ.GOV.BH
  • Attach the ID Card.
  • Receive the application and present it directly to the department head.
