The service allows the applicant to obtain a certificate confirming that a criminal case is currently pending trial before the competent court.

Service Conditions

  • Submission of the application through the official email of the competent court. The list can be viewed by visiting the official website of the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Awqaf.
