Service for filing an objection/appeal against a bankruptcy judge's decision

It is a service that allows the parties to the lawsuit to appeal the decisions made by the bankruptcy court judge by specifically identifying and selecting the decision being contested.

Service Conditions

  • Submitting the application through the National Portal, bahrain.bh

Required Attachments

  • Attach the application documents (proofs of the grievance, such as an objection to travel ban, etc.)

  • 1 Working Day : For the online requests
