Service of adding new parties in a bankruptcy or reorganization case
This service allows anyone who has filed a petition for reorganization or bankruptcy to add new parties to the case at a later time after the case number has been issued.
Service Conditions
- Submitting the application through the National Portal, bahrain.bh
Required Attachments
- A copy of the ID card (for those to be entered)
- Proof of the party's connection to the lawsuit

Service Processes
- Apply the application through the National Portal bahrain.bh
- Submission through the service “Request to Add Parties or an Intervening Party to the Case.”
- Specify the type of case (Bankruptcy or Reorganization) and its reference number.
- Enter the data of the parties to be added to the case
- Attach the required documents.
- Automatically add the parties to the case
