Medicine Variation Service

This service allows holders of NHRA-approved medicine licenses to update their product information whenever changes occur. Updates may include changes to the MAH, manufacturing site, packaging, shelf life, storage conditions, and other product details.

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (18) of 1997 regulating the profession of pharmacy and pharmaceutical centres
  • Decree-Law No. (20) of 2015 amending some provisions of Decree-Law No. (18) of 1997

Process Time

  • 7 Working days : for the online request for Variation Secondary/Minor
  • 40 Working days : for the online request for variation Primary/Major
