This service is to assist establishments/manufacture in transferring the registered product(s) to different agent.
Service Conditions
- To submit the required documents for all the registered products.
Required Attachments
- Original Legalized Contract between the agent & the company.
- Termination letter for the current agent.
- Appointment letter for the new agent.
- List of the products.
- Certificate of registration of the company from the Ministry of Industry & Commerce.
Fees
- 25 : Information update/Issuing License Copy.
