Sanitary Connections
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works to Individuals, Businesses, Governmental Entities, and NGOs requesting to connect the sewage network to residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Required Attachments
- Land Deed and Location Plan
- A drawing of the property's boundaries with an explanation of the existing and proposed health connections.
- Copy of property owner CPR
- Copy of property address card or electricity bill
- A copy of the building permit.
- Pictures of the building and the connection pipes to the public sewage network.
- Land Certificate

Service Processes
- Ministry of Works :The file is transferred to the construction department after preparing the drawings required for connection to be included in the implementation program after completing the necessary licensing procedures, and then the building is connected to the sewage network.
- Applicant: Submit the request through one of the approved channels to submit these requests
- Ministry of Works: Upon receiving the request, the customer is provided with the request number of the request
- Ministry of Works: In case that the application does not have all the required documents and technical information, the applicant will be contacted to complete the missing documents and/or technical information.
- Ministry of Works: The technical possibility of connecting the facility to the public sewage network is studied by the Home Connections Unit in coordination with those concerned with the sanitary sector. After the request is approved, a text message is sent via the mobile phone to the requester accepting the request and its number.
- Ministry of Works: The order is transferred directly to the design department, to prepare the necessary drawings for the connection.
