Export and import waste license
This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request to ensure that the Kingdom of Bahrain complies with international agreements and obligations related to the mechanisms and regulations for the export and import of all types of waste across borders, ensuring adherence to the approved international standards and requirements. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.
Service Conditions
- Existence of an active commercial register for company in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- A duly completed application form
- A valid copy of the commercial registration CR
- Clear color photographs of the waste
- A valid invoice copies between the parties
- Any additional documents or attachments that may be required in accordance with regulatory procedures
Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
