Cancellation of an Expired Work Permit

Through this service, the expatriate employee can apply for a work permit cancellation after the expiry of the work permit date.

Any document that proves the expatriate's employee identity

Copy

Copy of any document that proofs the reason of cancellation, for example:

A job offer letter (in case the expatriate employee transfers to another company).
Employer’s pledge (in case of changing the permit type to a domestic employee permit).
Expatriate employee's pledge (in case the expatriate employee transfers to a government entity or any other entity that is not under LMRA umbrella.
Travel ticket to leave the country.
