The National Suggestions & Complaints System "Tawasul"
The Tawasul system enables individuals and organizations to directly submit suggestions, complaints, or inquiries to any government entity that is part of the system, through bahrain.bh/tawasul or via the Tawasul mobile app available on the eGovernment App Store bahrain.bh/apps. It also provides the option to express their thanks and appreciation to a government employee, government entity, or government service for delivering exceptional service to the public.
Service Conditions
- Avoid posting offensive, illegal, or promotional content.
- All submissions are subject to review by moderators.
- Content and materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of the Information & eGovernment Authority.
- Provide accurate information and contact details.
Required Attachments
- Users may attach supporting documents for more details, or as required by the concerned entity.
Process Time
- 5 Working Days : Critical cases (Complaints & Enquiries only)
- 15 Working Days : Non-critical cases (Complaints & Enquiries only)
- 14 Working Days : User feedback on the entity's reply

Service Processes
- Contact the Government Services Contact Center 80008001.
- Report the case and provide the required information.
- The case is entered into the Tawasul system by a Government Services Contact Center representative.
- The applicant is provided with a reference number to track the case.
- Access the Tawasul system website or Tawasul mobile app.
- Select the required service.
- Choose the entity and enter the required information.
- Attach the supporting documents (If any)
- Submit your case.
- Track the status of your case using the reference number.
