Electronic Authorization Issuance

This service, provided by the Information & eGovernment Authority, enables individuals to issue electronic authorizations that can be used by authorized persons and companies at the front desks of various government entities.

Service Conditions

  • The applicant must have an advanced eKey account.
  • The applicant and the authorized person must be registered in the "Government Notification Services" to ensure receiving all the notifications that are related to the Electronic Authorization services and complete the authorization request process.

Service Processes

  • The applicant must access the "Electronic Authorization Issuance" Service.
  • Enter the authorization details, including the authorized person’s information, the government entity, the services the authorized person is permitted to process, and the authorization period.
  • The authorization is confirmed through a confirmation message sent to the applicant at the contact details registered in the Government Notifications System database.
  • The authorization document will be issued and will include a QR code for verification.
