General Requests related to the Biodiversity Protection

This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request for the assessment of activities that may impact biodiversity components, ensuring that these activities do not negatively affect such components or the surrounding environment prior to the issuance of the permit. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (1) of 1998 regarding the environmental assessment of projects.
  • Ministerial Resolution No.77 of 2017 regarding the licensing of the reclamation of submerged lands.
  • Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
