Customs clearance of radioactive sources - clearance license
This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request to notify Customs Affairs of the Supreme Council for the Environment’s no-objection to the customs clearance of radioactive sources or radiation-emitting devices, through the “OFOQ” system, thereby ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.
Service Conditions
- Existence of an active commercial register for company in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- A copy of the import/export license issued via the OFOQ. system
Legal Regulations
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
