Rainwater Damage Relief Service
This service is provided by the Ministry of Works to individuals for Rainwater Damage Relief Service.
Service Conditions
- The Applicant must be affected by Rainwater accumulation or Sewage water.
Required Attachments
- A copy of the property ownership \ Lease contract
- A copy of the legal obligation, if there are heirs
- A copy of the International Bank Account Certificate (IBAN) approved by the bank for the applicant.
- Photos of the damaged properties

Service Processes
- Applicant : Visit Ministry of Works website to submit the request to assess the material along with all the required documents and information electronically.
- Ministry of Works: Review the application and ensure the completeness of the required documents and information, and verify eligibility.In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be returned to the applicant with the comments.
- Ministry of Works:و Visit the affected site to assess the damage.
- Ministry of Works: In case of approval, it is forwarded to the Financial Resources Directorate for the compensation to be processed.
- Applicant The applicant receives the compensation amount directly in their approved bank account.
