Obtaining the Activity of Labour Registration Centre

Applying through the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Commercial licenses system Sijilat If the applicant fulfills the licensing conditions, the approval will be issued by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority’s (LMRA) Licensing Directorate.

Service Conditions

Identification of relevant employees to register employment in proportion to the volume of work and subject to the assessment of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.
The employer commitment to the Bahrainization percentage imposed on the register.
The absence of administrative or legal violations against the owner of the activity.
Providing an electronic system for registering workers according to the requirements of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.
Preparing a suitable and appropriate site to meet with the labour, this site is subject to the approval of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority in accordance with the requirements set.
Obligating the center to provide the residence address and updated data for each registered worker, bank account number, and the worker’s contact numbers.
Obligating the center to submit a monthly report or upon request, as the report must be up-to-date with the records of the foreign workers registered with it, including the contact numbers with the worker.
