Service for Receiving Candidate Applications in Training Programs for Job Seekers
This service enables relevant entities and training institutes to receive applications from job seekers for available training programs through the Ministry’s approved electronic system. These entities can review applicant data, evaluate their applications, screen them based on defined criteria, select suitable candidates, and complete the nomination procedures electronically.
Service Conditions
- The institute must have an active registration and be licensed by the Directorate of Vocational Training Affaires.
- The training institution must have no labor violations.
- The training program must be licensed by the Directorate of Vocational Training Affaires.

Service Processes
- Register the establishment by filling in the required information.
- A text message will be sent to the entered phone number.
- Create a password for the training institute owner.
- Viewing the record of training programs affiliated with the training institute.
- Update the status of job seekers (In Progress – Trainee, Graduate).
- Start the training process.
