Riyadat Program
The Riyadat program is a collaboration between Tamkeen, the Supreme Council for Women and Bahrain Development Bank to provide access to Shari’a compliant financing for Bahraini women entrepreneurs to grow their business by providing the tools they need to succeed and expand in Bahrain and abroad.
Service Conditions
- Business is owned and fully managed by a Bahraini woman and based in Bahrain (total contribution of Bahraini women in the company must be 51% or above)
- Enterprise must have an active CR/license
- Audited financials for companies over 3 years (if applicable)
- Growth Plan (applicable for existing enterprises)
- Owner, partner, members of the BoD of the Enterprise shall have an acceptable financial record at the time of submission of the application.
Required Attachments
- Latest management accounts (not older than 6 months)
- Latest audited financials (for existing enterprises)
- Business plan / feasibility study
- Benefit credit report – enterprise (only for existing enterprises)
- Articles of association (if applicable)
- Pictures of the current business setup (place of operation)
- Benefit credit report – individual (optional)
- Main business account’s bank statement (up to 6 months)- if applicable
- Proposal / quotations (for the requested support items)
- Off-take agreements, contracts, etc. (optional)
- Business quality certification (optional)
