Global Ready Talent Program

Global Ready Talent Program Empowering Bahrainis to transform their careers through international exposure and work experience. About the Program The Global Ready Talent program supports overseas placement and work opportunities for Bahrainis to help them gain valuable work experience, develop their skills and gain exposure to international work environments. We aim to provide an opportunity for Bahrainis to enhance their skills and accelerate their career development through connections with recognized multinational corporations (MNCs).

Service Conditions

For individuals:

  • Must be a Bahraini national aged 18 years and above
  • Must not be the enterprise owner
  • Must not be an outsourced employee

For local enterprises:

  • Enterprise holds an active Commercial Registration (CR) from MOIC or an active license from the relevant regulatory authority
  • Enterprise must not have violations from Tamkeen, LMRA, or any other relevant government entity
  • Enterprise must be classified as a large enterprise
