Family Custody Request Service (Child Fostering and Caring)
Family custody service permits handing over of a child (of unknown father, parents, orphans, or those whose circumstances are similar to these) to a Bahraini family to take care and responsibility for the child upbringing. The State delegates a foster family to take care of a child who is not living a normal conditions for care and attention since his/her birth.
Service Conditions
- A good & valid Bahraini family, unmarried, divorced, or widow woman, or her husband is absent, intermittently.
- The spouses or the applicant's age for the fostering must be between 25 years and not more than 50 years.
- Physical, psychological and mental health.
- Moral and social maturity.
- Good conduct and behavior.
Required Attachments
- Medical examinations for the following infectious diseases (CBC,ESR - FBS , HbAIC ,BBIO-CHE - VDRL - HIV - HEP B - MRSPA-Nasal , Groin ,AXILLA - HCV).
- The fostering applications request form. , View Document
- A copy of the ID card details statement for the applicant (couple).
- A recent salary certificate for the applicant (couple).
- A copy of the marriage document.
- Medical checkups.
