Verification of statements and transcripts by official institutions in the kingdom of Bahrain
This service allows those concerned in the official institutions in the kingdom of Bahrain to verify the authenticity of the content and issuance of certificates and statements of degrees for the University of Bahrain students, by scanning the QR code, or through the government documents verification platform found in the national portal of the kingdom of Bahrain, bahrain.bh.

Service Processes
- Issue what certifies the validity of the qualification.
- Submit the application by the institution wishing to verify and confirm the validity of the certificate, accompanied by the student's authorization to view their records, through the official email of the deanship admreg@uob.edu.bh.
- The documents are audited by the records staff as follows: a. View and audit the student's records. b. Extract the data from the university system and verify its authenticity.
- Scan the QR code shown at the top of the document to validate the content and its issuance.
- The result of verification automatically shows the authenticity of the issuance, content of the document and its validity.
