Clearance Service

A mandatory procedure for all students who are permanently withdrawing, dismissed, or graduating from the university. It aims to ensure that all academic, financial, and administrative obligations are settled before leaving the university. No official document confirming the student's permanent withdrawal, dismissal, or graduation will be issued until the clearance procedures have been completed.

Service Conditions

  • The student must be a graduate, dismissed, or permanently withdrawn from one of the university’s academic programs (Diploma, Associate Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor, Postgraudate Diploma, Master, or Doctorate).

  • The clearance request is submitted by the student through the designated screen in the student account via the Student Information System (SIS).
