On-the-Job Training Program
This program provides opportunities for jobseekers to gain practical work experiences that can equip them with the required skills to enter the labor market. The program also includes a support track for lawyers who meet the requirements to cater to the needs of this field.
Service Conditions
- Individual must be a Bahraini national
- Individual must be 18 years of age or older
- Individual must be a jobseeker (applicable to individuals registered or not registered by the Ministry of Labour)
- Individual must have less than 12 months of work experience unless it is a registered jobseeker with Ministry of Labour
- The duration of the training should be between 6-12 months
Required Attachments
- Enterprise On-the-Job Training Acceptance Letter
- Highest Academic Degree (for Lawyer’s Track Only)
- Proof of Registration by the Regulator
