Request to correct the utilization of the Industrial Plot
A service provided to tenants to correct the utilization of the industrial plot due to breaching the terms of the lease agreement between the Ministry and the Company.
Service Conditions
- Valid lease agreement in effect for the industrial plot.
- The justification for the breach, the proposal and timeline to resolve the violation, (add supporting documents if applicable).

- Ministerial Resolution No. 17 of 2020 amending some provisions of the executive regulations

Service Processes
- 1. Log in to the Ministry's electronic system - service.moic.gov.bh/iad
- 2. Choose the industrial areas services option
- 3. Select the appropriate industrial plot
- 4. Click on the option to request "correct the utilization of the Industrial Plot"
- 5. Fill out the request in the description box, including the attachments
- 6. Upload the request.
