Service Conditions
- Who has the right to apply:
- - The owner of the industrial design or model (national or resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain).
- - The legal agent appointed by the owner of the industrial design or model and registered in the agent registry.
Required Attachments
- The document of transfer of ownership and the power of attorney.

Service Processes
- Login via eKey in the Electronic Industrial Properties Services: https://service.moic.gov.bh/ipd/login
- Applicant select Patent and the required publishing service and fills out the relevant form.
- Check if all the information has been provided.
- Payment is collected and a receipt is issued.
- Make the required amendment in the system.
- Issue a letter to the applicant according to the type of amendment.
- The amendment is published in the Official Gazette.
