Request for Labor Consultation
This service is provided to customers to clarify any question or inquiry related to the Labor Law or to the organizational or executive decisions issued according to it, in the manner prescribed by law and it is provided by personal attendance or online.
Service Conditions
- The subject of the inquiry should be related to the Labor Law in the private sector or one of the executive decisions issued thereunder.
- The inquiry must not be about an individual or collective labour dispute that is pending and viewed by the ministry's team.
Required Attachments
- A copy of the applicant's valid ID card (CPR).
- Applicant contact number.

Service Processes
- Obtaining an appointment before coming to the Ministry's building by applying appointments through mawaeed applicationز
- The service employee will call upon the scheduled appointment and record the request.
- Entry with the electronic key.
- Choose labour relations department services.
- Choose submit a labor consultation request.
- Fill in the required data fields.
- Submit the application.
- When attending in person, an appointment is required through the Mawaeed application.
