Appeal (Industrial Areas)

This service is provided to tenants of industrial plots to appeal a decision of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Service Conditions

  • The tenant should apply within 30 days from the issuance of the Ministry's Decision.

  • Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015
