Master Plan Amendment
This service is intended for real estate developers and enables them to obtain the necessary approvals for making amendments to building regulations, land use, and other related elements within their approved master plans , as a preparatory step for submitting land subdivision requests and obtaining building permits.

- A copy of the CPR from both sides of the owner or a copy of the commercial registration for institutions and companies
