Receiving appeals about the forfeiture of the right or suspension of the payment to compensation or aid and deciding on them by the committee in accordance with the Unemployment Insurance Law.
Service Conditions
- Appeal regarding forfeiture of the Right or Suspension of the Payment to Compensation or Aid within 15 days from the date of his knowledge of the decision.

Service Processes
- Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey).
- Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).
- A list of previous grievances, inquiries and complaints will appear to you with the status of each request for review and follow-up.
- You can submit a new grievance by clicking on the “Submit a Grievance” button.
- Enter the type of problem.
- Enter the description of the problem.
- Upload the necessary files for the grievance, if available.
