Request for Industrial Plot Survey

A service provided to investors of allocated industrial plots and current tenants to issue an official survey certificate for the industrial plot, indicating its boundaries and the leased area.

Service Conditions

  • 1.Valid Ministerial Resolution for allocating the industrial plot.
  • 2.Or a valid lease agreement for the industrial plot

Legal Regulations

  • Decree-Law No. (28) of 1999 regarding the establishment and organization of industrial zones, as amended by Decree-Law No. (26) of 2015

Process Time

  • 5 Working days : for the online requests

  • 1. Log in to the Industrial Areas Services system service.moic.gov.bh/iad
  • 2.Select Issue Survey Certificate
  • 3. Fill out the application in the description box, select the appointed survey firm and include attachments (if applicable)
  • 4. Submit the request
