A service provided to investors of allocated industrial plots and current tenants to issue an official survey certificate for the industrial plot, indicating its boundaries and the leased area.

Service Conditions

  • 1.Valid Ministerial Resolution for allocating the industrial plot.
  • 2.Or a valid lease agreement for the industrial plot

  • 5 Working days : for the online requests

  • 1. Log in to the Industrial Areas Services system service.moic.gov.bh/iad
  • 2. Select Apply to survey the Industrial Plot
  • 3. Provide the Directorate with the name of the surveying consultant responsible for surveying the industrial plot
  • 4. Submit the request
