Request a Building Completion Certificate for the Industrial Plot

This service is provided to new tenants after the entire industrial plot’s construction process has been completed

Service Conditions

  • 1- Valid lease agreement for the industrial plot.

Required Attachments

  • 1. Copy of the address card of the facility on the industrial plot
  • 2. A copy of the No objection certificate from the General Directorate of Civil Defence to connect electricity/water to the industrial plot
