Customs activity practice service (public/private warehouse)
This service allows investors to submit a request to obtain approval to practice customs activity related to the management of (a public or private warehouse), under the supervision of the competent customs department.
Service Conditions
- It should be fenced on all sides and have main entrances closed with two locks, the first for the company and the second for Customs
- Providing sufficient spaces to complete customs procedures
- It shall be equipped with all the necessary facilities, such as offices and necessary supplies
- Validity of the gates and locks of the warehouse
- The presence of a security man
- Availability of surveillance cameras in the warehouse
- Availability of customs sign boards

- Warehouse map
- Civil defense certificate
- Insurance certificate
- Diagram showing how the warehouse works
Legal Regulations
- Resolution No. 14 of 2003 regarding the rules and conditions regulating warehouses inside or outside Customs Affairs, as well as the deposit of goods in a status of suspended customs tax (duties).

- Submit request, fill out the information, and submit the required document through Customs Clearance System (Ofoq 2)
- Request being reviewed by the relevant departments in parallel
- Conduct a field visit to the warehouse
- Obtain His excellency the President of Customs approval
- Send approval notification through the system
