Golden Residency for Foreigners Owning Real Estate in Bahrain
The Golden Residency issuance service is provided to foreigners owning real estate in Bahrain, within applicable rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Service Conditions
- Data validation.
- Attach all required documents.
Required Attachments
- A clear copy of valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- A clear copy of the previous residence permit (if applicable)
- A clear copy of the applicant's passport valid for more than 6 months
- A clear copy of ownership title deed with property value not less than 200,000 BHD
- A clear copy of the applicant's 6 month bank statement
- The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time

- 5 : Application fee (Non-refundable)
- 300 : 10 years golden residency fee
