A service provided by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce allowing local and foreign investors to apply to lease a unit from Baytik Industrial Oasis in the Industrial Parks managed by the Ministry.

Required Attachments

  • Duly Completed Online Application Form , View Document
  • A brief business plan (existing industrial projects are required to attach recent photos of the facility).
  • Proposed unit Utilization Plan (illustrating intended use of the unit)
  • Financial Evidence to fund the project
  • Financial Audited Reports for the last three years (if applicable)
  • Preliminary Approval from Baytik Industrial Oasis

  • 10 Working days : for the online requests
