Issuing Licenses for Express Transmission of Documents, Papers, Local and International Parcels, and the Transmission and Distribution of Newspapers and Promotional Materials

This service enables the issuance of licenses to practice postal services for the express transport of documents, papers, and parcels, up to a maximum of 30 kilograms per shipment for local and international licenses, as well as the transport and distribution of newspapers and promotional materials.
