Self-sponsorship Residence Permit and Re-entry Visa (Investor)
The service for issuing/renewing residency under personal sponsorship is available for retired foreign nationals, foreign nationals who own a residence in the Kingdom, and foreign investors for periods of two, five, and ten years, following the applicable regulations and standards.
Service Conditions
- The application must be submitted by a guarantor or an authorized person.
- Each application must be submitted separately, along with all relevant documents.
Required Attachments
- A clear copy of the applicant's passport
- A clear copy of the applicant's ID Card
- Certificate of good conduct
- A clear copy of the residential lease and the electricity bill
- A clear copy of the Company's memorandum and commercial register indicating the applicant's ownership/partnership in the relevant enterprise. The share must not be less than 100,000 BD
- A valid medical insurance certificate issued in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- Evidence of a stable income of 500 BHD or more
- A clear copy copy of the commercial register
- A clear copy of previous residence permit
- A clear copy of a recent 3 months bank statement
- A clear copy of a recent 3 months bank statement under the company's name
- The administration has the right to request any additional necessary documents and information at any time
Fees
- 5 : Applying fee (Non-refundable)
- 200 : 2 years residence permit
- 400 : 5 years residence permit
- 600 : 10 years residence permit
- 250 : Visa transfer
