Employment services in private school
Submission of employment applications of administrative, educational, and technical bodies in private educational institutions, issuing approvals after studying the applications and ensuring that they meet the employment conditions in accordance with the decree law and relevant ministerial decisions
Service Conditions
- The applicant must have the appropriate qualifications and experience as determined by a decision of the Minister
- He must be fully qualified, of good conduct, and he has not been charged with a felony or misdemeanor prejudicial to honor, trustworthiness, or public morals
- The Ministry must approve his/her appointment, and the approval must be renewed every two years for non-Bahrainis
- The application must be submitted through the educational institution
Required Attachments
- Employment application form stamped and signed by the director of the private educational institution, accompanied by a recent photograph
- A copy of the valid passport, for the following pages: personal data page, visa or residence page for non-Bahrainis
- A copy of the smart card for appointment and renewal applications only
- A copy of the report issued by QUADRABAY VERIFICATION SERVICES DMCC with regards to the audit of the academic qualifications and practical experiences of the applicant’s certificates
- A copy of the Good Conduct Certificate issued by the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Evidence
- A copy of the previous approval for renewal applications
- A copy of the release from the educational institution where the employee previously worked
- A copy of the driver’s license if applying for employment (driver)

Service Processes
- Submission of the applicant or private educational institutions to the company responsible for auditing academic qualifications and practical experiences to ensure the authenticity of the certificates
- Submitting the applicant to the General Department of Criminal Investigation and Evidence to obtain a good standing statement
- Submission of the employment application to the Directorate of licensing and follow-up of private schools via email
- Approvals will be sent to the Private Educational Institutions via email
