Approval of requests for full-time union work and issuance of bank letters
The trade union shall have a legal personality from the moment of acceptance of the deposit of its founding documents with the Ministry, whereby it acquires rights and bears obligations so the union shall have a bank account managed by the union’s board of directors who may change in each election cycle, which requires obtaining letters to the banks and certificates of legal representation to authorize the management of the bank accounts of those organizations and If the number of union members reaches fifty or more, the chairman of the union’s board of directors is entitled to devote himself to the union work, and it is necessary to issue letters of dedication to the union work.
Service Conditions
- The service applicant must be the authorized union president.
