Inspection follow-up service - minor violations in early education institutions

The service allows all early education institutions to be subjected to audit and examination to ensure that the institutions provide an appropriate and safe environment that meets the needs of children, through comprehensive supervisory and monitoring visits (announced or unannounced), carried out in order to evaluate the performance of the institutions from the technical, administrative, educational and logistical aspects and to ensure that they meet the standards. Service Conditions

Service Processes

  • Preparing the visit report with the observations made, approving it and sending it to the institution
  • Receiving a letter from the institution confirming the completion of the observed observations, supported by pictures, and carrying out a virtual visit to follow up on the completion of the observations
  • Preparing and submitting the report on the visit that was carried out by the concerned specialist
  • Issuing and approving final reports by the Department Director
